Izzy and I have discussed some things and there's a couple of big changes, mainly regarding chat. Recently there has been a couple trolls on chat and we've taken notice about the very limited amount of chatmods online to protect chat. We promoted two new chat mods: AnubisSibunaAunbis and LlamaSpearsTimberlake.
During this process we noticed JessyPop has been inactive and was on the admin waiting list (and a rollback) and also a chatmod. We've demoted her and added AnubisSibunaAunbis (Rachel) to the admin waiting list and promoted to rollback and as aforementioned she has also been promoted to chatmod, along with Alaisia.
Due to trolls repeatedly going onto chat, we decided to bring back an old rule we had: to enter chat, you must have been on the wiki for at least 2 days and have had over 15 edits. The rule is not going into effect immediately, but by next week we'll probably add it back into the Chat Guidelines. We will notify you all when this requirement will be put into motion. It's necessary to take precautions like this if things get too hectic. When this rule does go into effect and you notice someone who has been here less than two days and has less than fifteen edits, politely explain to them the rule and ask them to leave. If they constantly refuse, you can kick them. If they still won't leave, ban them for 3 days maximum. More will be explained in the guidelines and to each chatmod.
