Julia Deakin (born 1952) is an English actress. She portrayed Mrs. Daphne Andrews in [[House of Anubis|House of

Anubis]] during the first two seasons.

Julia is married to the author/actor Michael Simkins. In one of her early roles she potrayed May Skinner on the show Oh, Doctor Beeching!. She had a major role in a British sitcom called Side By Side as Stella Tulley. (1992-1993) She also had a role in the show Spaced (1999) as the character Marsha.

Julia also made cameo apperances in the films Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz.
