In 2005, she had her first starring role in the musical 'Annie'.Since 2008, she played Kim Donkers in the series 'Wolfseinde'.Since 2010, she played the role of Sterre de Wit in the tv-series The House Anubis and the Five of the Magic Sword. Together with Alex Molenaar, Sanne-Samina Hanssen, Juliann Ubbergen and Roel Dirven, they form a cast. They also jointly for the House Anubis a single on called The Five Senses. In addition to her performances, Welts also worked as model.
